Love Lament comprised from portions of songs originally written for several theatrical plays, these works were first arranged by Prasidh for a stage orchestra limmited to fourteen instruments. Seeking to enlarge the composition, Mr. John Georgiadis, musical director and principal conductor of the Bangkok Symphony Orchestra, has rearranged the works to allow performance by the symphony orchestra. This masterful treatment has allowed the various melodies of the individual pieces to be appreciated in a continuous thread of compositional ingenuity.
